Life Lessons from A Three-Year-Old

9 Life Lessons From a 3-year-old.

Ky'Mere Tristian Gray (12/15/13-4/9/17) was a very special boy to those who known. He then because very special to one who knew of him through his mom and Special Books by Special Kids. Watch his video here .

There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about my son. I do know that he is finally free, living, walking, talking and playing with all the other angels in heaven. Doing what he could not physically do here on the earth. Even in the midst of his absence, he still seems to teach me about life. See, when Ky'Mere was here, he taught me patience, conditional love, and drew me closer to God. He taught me how to accept myself, and others just the way that they are. Below you will find some mini lessons that Ky'Mere teaches me. I hope you grab ahold of one of the lessons and allow him to teach you too!

Lessons from Ky—Even in your absence you still seem to teach me.

1. When life isn’t easy, live anyway. 2. Appreciate the small things in life. Simple and small things tend to have more value and a longer lasting effect with gratitude. Don’t take the small things for granted. 3. Embrace who YOU are. You will be surrounded with so many people who have different looks, personalities , capabilities and abilities. If you were supposed to be them, God would have made you them. Accept who you are, love who you are, embrace who you are. 4. When people are staring at you, start a conversation. They’ll either engage or look away. Challenge the questionable. 5. Find your joy. Because even in the midst of pain, because it will come, will you grab ahold of your joy or grab ahold of your pain? 6. Smile. Smile. Smile. 7. There is power in your YET. Whatever you feel you want to have or do but it’s not there YET. Make sure to include your YET. it’s coming. 8. Overcome your obstacles. Don’t stay stuck in them. 9. Hold on. Never give up. You’ll make it through the hard things and when you come out…CHILEEEEEE . .

So today I’m asking for 3 things.

1. Reflect on your small things in your life currently. What small things are you grateful for?

2. Hug on your little today or even just a loved one for 3 minutes. YES. 3 minutes. You never know when the last time is you’ll get that deep hug.

3. Watch Ky’s 2-minute video on YouTube “Ky’Mere the King” and wish him a happy Heavenly birthday!

Letter from your loved one in heaven.

To my dearest family, some things I would like to say, but first of all, to let you know, That I arrived ok. I’m writing this from Heaven, Where I dwell with God above, here there’s no more tears or sadness, there is just eternal love. Please do not be unhappy, just because I’m out of sight. Remember that I’m with you, Every morning, noon, and night. That day that I had to leave you. When my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me. And He said, I welcome you. It’s good to have you back again You were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest; family. They’ll be here later on. I need you here so badly, As part of my big plan. There’s so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man. Then God gave me a list of things He wished for me to do. And foremost on that list of mines Is to watch and care for you. And I will be beside you Every day and week and year. And when you’re sad, I’m standing there to wipe away the tears. And when you lie in bed at night, The days chore put to flight God, and I are closest to you in the middle of the night.” When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years, because you’re only human, they’re bound to bring you tears but do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain. Remember, there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that I could tell you of all that God has planned, but if I were to tell you, you would not understand. And to my many friends trust, God knows what it best. I’m still not very far away from you I’m just beyond the crest. And now I am contented that my life, it was worthwhile. Knowing as I passed along the way, I made someone smile. When you’re walking down the street and you’ve got me on your mind, I’m walking in your footsteps Only half a step behind. And when you feel that gentle breeze, Or the wind upon your face, that’s me giving you a great big hug or just a soft embrace. And when it’s time for you to go, from that body to be free, Remember, you’re not going, you are coming here to me. And I will always love you. from that land way up above. I’ll be in touch again soon; P.S. GOD SENDS HIS LOVE!
